If lightning is visible or detected by the organizations lightning detector, ALL PEOPLE, PLAYERS, COACHES AND PARENTS are to immediately follow the coaches intructions and seek shelter under the schools protective areas located near the gym or in your vehicle if told to leave. YOU MUST QUICKLY GET TO A SAFE LOCATION! No huddles, meetings or any playing around. Our Head Coaches will determine if practice is going to be called or if it will resume once any danger has safely moved on. Be sure to listen for the bull horn which signals that it is time to quickly exit the practice areas.

 

CHECK THIS WEBSITE FOR PRACTICE CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER. DO NOT ASSUME THAT PRACTICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED IF THERE IS RAIN IN THE AREA. IF IN DOUBT, DRIVE TO THE PRACTICE FIELDS. IF THE WEATHER IS BAD HOWEVER NO ONE IS THERE TO TELL YOU THAT PRACTICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED, REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE WITH YOUR CHILD. SUMMER STORMS MAY SOMETIMES QUICKLY PASS AND PRACTICE MIGHT CONTINUE. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD OFF IF THE WEATHER IS SEVERE!
